Boa Gente’s partner beekeepers

Our Boa Gente honey is a gift from the wild coastal landscapes of Inhambane, produced by  our partner local beekeepers who work in harmony with their environment. Collected from hives placed among coconut palms and biodiverse native plants and trees, such as mangrove and marula, it is raw, unfiltered, and completely natural — rich in flavor, enzymes, and local floral character.

From the same hives comes our pure beeswax, used in the making of our balms. Every drop of honey and every piece of wax tells a story of sustainability, care, and collaboration, supporting rural families while protecting pollinators and the ecosystems they sustain.

Boa Gente’s work with local beekeepers helps bridge the gap between small producers and conscious consumers. Many rural beekeepers face challenges accessing quality packaging and formal markets, while local buyers often struggle to find pure, authentic honey. By collaborating directly with trusted beekeepers, Boa Gente ensures fair prices, proper bottling, and genuine honey — free from additives and unethical practices that harm wild hives and the environment.
